Graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology's Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Science and Engineering and the University of Michigan Business School (MBA Essentials for Executive Education). He previously worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, AT Kearney (Principal), Bain & Company Japan (Partner), Mastercard (Senior Vice President, Japan), and Accenture (Managing Director, M&A/PE Practice Japan Head). His publications include "Nikkei Business Jinbunko: Itai Consulting, Sugoi Consulting" and "Cashless Marketing" (both published by Nikkei Inc.).

Hiroshi Kono, CEO, Resolve & Capital
Joined Bain & Company after graduating from Kyoto University. He worked in the Private Equity Group, a division specializing in investment funds, where he has experience in dozens of due diligence and company turnarounds in Japan, the UK, Australia, and Brazil. He founded Resolve & Capital, Inc. in 2019. He has experience in over 100 business due diligence projects, primarily for investment funds, and over 50 post-investment strategy projects.
