Abstract

The boys confessing their feelings to Ayaka Hime, the girl rumored to be the cutest in high school, never seemed to stop. However, every boy who confessed was rejected, and then, out of embarrassment, they disappeared from this world—vanished without a trace.
Then one day, news came in that one of those vanished boys had appeared at a live concert venue. “Maybe, if the feelings are strong enough, they can come back…?” A hypothesis begins to form.
If that’s the case, why not have Ayaka Hime become an idol?
Despite each carrying their own worries, five girls set their sights on becoming idols and take their first steps forward!

The debut work Uterus and Room won the Copper Dragon Award at the 1st Ryūjin Awards and appeared in the September 2007 issue of COMIC Ryu. Serialization of The Wandering of the Seventh Girls’ Club began in the August 2008 issue of the same magazine. The series was selected as a Jury Recommendation at the 17th Japan Media Arts Festival. The complete ten-volume collected edition continues to gain new readers today as a modern classic.
